I am a division 1 400m hurdler/ 400m sprinter at Grand Canyon university, New Zealand record holder in the women’s decathlon, New Zealand silver medalist in the 400m hurdlers and have represented New Zealand internationally. I know what it takes to be competitive while also enjoying your sport. I love track and am truely passionate about helping other people seek their full potential! I am also a qualified yoga/ fitness instructor and run my own activewear business.
