Biography
I'm currently a collegiate swimmer at Rider University, going into my junior year. I started swimming summer league when I was five, and by eighth grade, I was swimming year-round and fully committed to the sport. Since then, swimming has become a huge part of who I am.
My main events are the 400 IM and the 200 Fly, and I’ve always been drawn to the challenge of those races. They’re tough, both physically and mentally, but that’s what I enjoy about them. My current best times are 4:05 in the 400 IM and 1:53 in the 200 Fly. I’m constantly working to drop time, fine-tune my technique, and build endurance, and I enjoy the process just as much as the results.
Over the years, swimming has taught me a lot about showing up, staying focused, and pushing through when things aren’t easy. Whether it’s early morning practices, long training weeks, or setbacks during a season, I’ve learned to stay consistent and trust the work. It’s also made me a better teammate. I know how important it is to support the people next to me and bring energy to the pool, even on the tough days.
As I head into the second half of my college career, I’m excited to keep improving, compete at a high level, and see how far I can go in the sport.
