Biography
Simon Gorczowski is a Division I student-athlete on a full scholarship with the Rutgers Men's Soccer Team and a Finance major at Rutgers Business School. A dynamic attacking right back, Simon has competed at some of the highest levels of youth soccer, including with Cedar Stars Academy, where he was a 2x MLS NEXT National Finalist and earned recognition as an MLS NEXT East All-Star.
Throughout his youth career, Simon helped lead his teams to multiple championships, including MLS NEXT FLEX titles, Northeast Cup and Best of the East championships, and an MLS NEXT Northeast League title. He also made history by scoring his first professional goal in the U.S. Open Cup against the reigning USL League One champions, a milestone that highlighted his ability to perform on big stages.
Beyond the field, Simon is the co-founder of Ball & Brain Soccer Co., where he mentors and trains youth athletes, helping them develop both technically and mentally. Drawing from nearly two decades of playing experience—including time with top academies such as the New York Red Bulls Academy and Cedar Stars Academy—he is passionate about guiding the next generation of players through training, mentorship, recruitment advice, and personal development.
Fluent in English and Polish, Simon combines elite athletic experience, academic excellence, and leadership to make a lasting impact both on and off the field.
