I have spent over 30 years around the game of basketball, serving as entrepreneur and consultant. I have played internationally for 10yrs and returned to CT to establish Mizzwerk—a renowned basketball training program known for its emphasis on skill development and athlete empowerment. I have trained and mentored college and professional athletes from the NBA and WNBA, and currently training Nique Mayo from Xavier who made the Big East All Rookie 1st Team.
